The Elluminate and MP3 recordings of Wednesday's session with Martin Weller on digital scholarship are now available. Martin also wrote a blog post on the session. The session with Valdis Krebs was cancelled due to a tech issue, so there is no recording of the second session.

Terrific and thanks for all the links (better than fish any day). I wish this post had a thumbs up button. It sent me scurrying off checking out links to fatten my feeder ~ ZaidLearn included. I hope "trying to forget" works.

I keep trying to get higher ed colleagues to try these open online courses, don't be ostriches I tell them ~ not much luck there. They may even be making signs behind my back to ward off the evil eye [Comment]

A Problem-based lifelong Learning model #CCK11
Vanessa.Vaile, 1156 - lifelonglearning, January 27, 2011.

Ebrahim,

Your model is very clear, perhaps not complex enough to reflect reality or cognitive networks.

Give it another couple decades, perhaps half a century, of lifelong learning, making connections, and your model may look different.

Martin Weller, The Ed Techie, January 27, 2011. Martin Weller gave a presentation to the CCK11 course yesterday (Elluminate recording) on open scholarship, prompting several participants to ask, "What's the connection to course content?"
