Thanks for redirecting my attention to the subject of attention, George. During the live sessions, I often open a screen-capturing tool (SnagIt 10) and throw the screen shots into a Word doc on which I can also capture comments or notes. My keyboarding is faster than my handwriting these days so it works. As I noted in chat on Howard's first session, Alt+Tab is one of the most important shortcuts I use on a daily basis to flip between open windows (Collaborate + Word + SnagIt10 + Google, etc.) along with copy/paste. Hope this helps. :)
